I’m giving stars just for customer service. The customer service was great, we didn’t know which wings to get, so the server told us we could do half half and I’m glad that we did. As the original wings tasted like nothing, the soy sauce ones were good. Our food arrived within 7-9 minutes of ordering which was not good, as it seems like it wasn’t freshly made. We also got the ramen but it was the dullest ramen ever. We ordered spicy ramen as per the menu, but the ramen was flavourless and spice less. We drove 45 minutes to go to the restaurant, so needless to say disappointment was surreal.

The food was fantastic! The flavor was like heavenly glory in your mouth! I never ate so much in my life it was too good to not leave a review. Our server Julia was very helpful, attentive and welcoming and we felt very comfortable with our first at this very restaurant. This is our new place to enjoy more often, it is perfect date night cuisine with your wife or girlfriend anytime! Highly! HIGHLY!!!! RECOMENDED!!!

Woo Korean BBQ House
We were a party of four that visited this restaurant. The food was good and the service was decent right up until the end when the bill was paid. We split the bill into two and I paid half of the bill with a tip that I thought was appropriate. As we were leaving the restaurant, our server complained to my partner that the tip I provided was not enough. This put my partner in an awkward position and he ended up tipping the server extra. This is the first time I have ever been to a restaurant where a server has complained the tip wasn't enough and it ruined my entire experience. Absolutely terrible and will never return. Shameful behaviour of the server. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.

Always greeted promptly upon arrival.We enjoyed a lovely meal. The service was good and I never felt rushed to leave when it was the restaurant was busy. They asked if we wanted more side dishes when we were done so that was never an issue. I do wish they had other side dishes to offer as the 3 options havent really changed in the many times I've been there.The salt/pepper and 2 sauces they provided were perfect pairings. The tempura was fresh and it was our veggies for the evening.

Ive been to different authentic Korean resto inside and outside Canada and by far this is my saddest experience, If youre a big fan of Kimchi-Jjigae like me, well this place is not for you.. tasted the saddest Kimchi-Jjigae ever, seriously $20 for a stew with 3pieces (thumb-size) pork? thats a total rip-off! I mean try eating to other authentic Korean resto like Ajuker" in Burnaby their Kimchi-jjigae is only $15 and the portion is good for 2 people

Wasn't expecting much based off some reviews but it is a very clean restaurant with a spacious and lowkey interior. Had the galbi ribs/spicy pork rice bowl and both were delicious. Sky our server was very kind and did a great job. Thank you.
